OmniCure® AC2 Series offers compact, air-cooled LED UV curing systems for small-area applications. With advanced front-end optics, the AC275 and AC2110 systems deliver over 2.5 W/cm2 peak irradiance with exceptional uniformity. Our patented process for individually addressing each UV LED module output allows consistent results over the entire curing area. Multiple UV LED heads can be adjoined to achieve larger curing areas in a variety of customizable lengths while maintaining optical uniformity between each system for improved throughput without compromising on performance.

Small Area UV LED Curing Systems for Adhesives, Coatings and Inks
OmniCure® AC4 Series of air-cooled LED UV curing systems are designed with high output LEDs and custom optics to deliver high irradiance of over 8 W/cm2 with exceptional uniformity at long working distances. Consisting of the OmniCure AC450, AC450P, AC475, AC475P, our AC4 Series utilizes our patented process for individually addressing each LED UV module output to provide consistent results by ensuring high longitudinal uniformity over the entire 50 mm (2″) to 75 mm (3″) curing area. A uniform exposure area allows for curing of larger and/or multiple parts simultaneously enabling manufacturers to achieve highest productivity and reduced running costs.

High Power, Small Area UV LED Curing System for Adhesives, Coatings and Inks
OmniCure® AC5 Series of air-cooled LED UV systems are designed for small area curing. With advanced front-end optics, these high power UV curing systems deliver 14 W/cm2 peak irradiance for fast, even curing. The Series includes the AC550, AC550P, AC575 and AC575P, with the P versions having enhanced optics to optimize the dose for short working distances along with a removable window for easy cleaning to support print applications.

Large Area UV LED Curing System, designed with a unique combination of high output LEDs and custom optics, these Air-Cooled UV LED systems provide high irradiance at flexible working distances, enabling manufacturers to achieve outstanding productivity, with reduced running costs. The AC7150 and AC7300 provide exceptional uniformity over the full curing area for even and consistent curing. For even greater flexibility in curing larger parts, multiple systems can be joined together, maintaining the same uniformity between the systems.

OmniCure® AC8225-F+ and AC9225-F UV LED are designed for Fiber UV Curing Applications. Featuring a custom optical design to enhance output and optimize delivery of UV onto the fiber, the OmniCure AC8225-F+/AC9225-F provide an air-cooled, high output solution to meet the market demand for increased process speeds. The AC8225-F+ delivers up to 16 W/cm2 peak irradiance at a 10 to 18 mm working distance while the AC9225-F offers up to 20 W/cm2 peak irradiance.

The OmniCure® PLC2000, a Multipurpose External Controller Device, is an innovative product accessory specially designed to complement the OmniCure AC Series of high power UV LED curing systems. When connected to an OmniCure AC Series UV LED head,this device enables the immediate ability to intelligently manage, monitor, and control an LED system. The OmniCure PLC2000 features a comprehensive display of UV LED curing system information with LED indicators updating critical details such as power on and initialization states, as well as the various modes of operation that are supported. Temperature, operational hours, intensity control, and timer/pulse output modes can be easily accessed and modified to provide unmatched performance control.
