The FireFly is an air cooled small form factor UV LED curing lamp with a typical peak intensity greater than 1.5W/cm2. The FireFly product is ideal for small area and spot cure applications in the UV curing of adhesives, inks, electronic materials and biomedical materials.

The StarFire MAX is a water cooled high intensity UV curing lamp with configurable emitting lengths of 75mm, 150mm & 300mm with an emitting width of 20mm. The Starfire MAX brings ever higher capability “industrial strength” UV solutions to market at competitive price levels. Phoseon FireFlex UV Curing Lamps

The FireFlex is designed as a scalable "high power" water cooled UV LED curing lamp aimed primarily at high performance/high speed single pass UV inkjet applications but with utility in a wide variety of web/conveyor based UV curing applications. The initial product from the FireFlex family has an emitting area of 75mm x 50mm and is available in peak irradiances of 4W/cm2 or 8W/cm2 as measured at system output glass - which correlates to up to 72W/cm2 at the LED level. The FireFlex architecture is designed to allow the systems to be scalable in 75mm increments to as much as 2m in length with a variety of peak irradiance and total UV power specifications based on customer and application needs.

Phoseon FireEdge UV Curing Lamps

The FireEdge is designed as a simple, low cost, small form factor air cooled UV LED curing lamp for "pinning" applications where the requirement is to "freeze" the ink jet drop without fully curing. The first product of this family has a native emitting area of 75mm x 5mm but systems can be scaled linearly in 75mm increments without affecting pinning uniformity.
